Can you explain number 5 a little more thanks

8 goes into 20, 2 times (8×2=16) and there are 4 (4/8) left over. 4/8 is reduced (simplified, same thing as) to 1/2.

The answer for 26b is 22.5.
it is not completed for the last promblem
